What is Liberty Church?
Liberty Church is the name that we use to refer to our gathering as the members of His body. Whoever we are, wherever we are, if we are indeed the members of His body, then we stand in the true liberty of Jesus Christ. Thus it is fitting for our gathering to be called Liberty Church. This distance gathering is not meant to replace the local church relationship where God may have planted you in your own community. Nothing can fully substitute the spiritual growth and maturity that can be gained through a healthy local church that God has planted. However, those are so few and far between these days. Who can find one? Our fellowship is to help fill a great void of such local gatherings, and to help fill the void of a great famine of the Word of the Lord in our land. It is an ongoing spiritual fellowship of His sheep scattered throughout America and around the world for each one's edification and for His glory. We are a New Testament gathering, seeking to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. The veil that was present through the law of Moses was taken away in Christ; and now we stand in the liberty that Christ gives! .. read more

We are continuing with our study on New Testament book of Acts, often referred to as "Acts of the Apostles," but better named, "Acts of the Holy Spirit."

(22) You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews.
(23) But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
(24) God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."

(11) For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren,
(12) saying: "I WILL DECLARE YOUR NAME TO MY BRETHREN; IN THE MIDST OF THE ASSEMBLY I WILL SING PRAISE TO YOU."
(13) And again: "I WILL PUT MY TRUST IN HIM." And again: "HERE AM I AND THE CHILDREN WHOM GOD HAS GIVEN ME."
